Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at shhhhhhbrand@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. This process must take place 7 day after receiving the item(s). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Shipping

Estimated delivery is calculated in business days Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the items you purchase. Shipping typically takes 6 - 9 business days including processing time. Please refer to the item you would like to purchase on our product page to get a more accurate time-frame.
